PLC + Touch screen Controlled Hydro Test Bench

This test bench can perform Hydrostatic test, Burst test,Leak test,Proof pressure test on the following items:
Automobile steering tube, brake pipe, air-conditioning pipe, oil pipe, water pipe cooling, radiator, heater hose, hydraulic equipment, condenser, evaporator, air conditioning filter hose, turbocharging system hose, car brake pump, cylinder body, project hydraulic hose, air hose and manifold, rigid pipe, joints, valves, cylinder, pressure gauges, pressure sensor, pressure vessel, pressure transmitter, etc.
Working Principle
The test bench uses compressed air as power source, converts the 3-8 bar compressed air into higher hydraulic pressure through pneumatic liquid booster pump, and then uses the hydraulic pressure as the test medium to carry out hydro-static testing & burst testing on various items.

Remark:
(1). The flow rate above is the flow rate output by built-in hydraulic booster pump.
(2). Automatically expel air bubbles:
An electric water injection pump (flow 30L-100L/min) can be added, which can
automatically empty the air bubbles in testing object and speed up the test progress.
It will take you extra cost.
(3). Manually expel air bubbles:
For save cost, you could fill ordinary water into testing object to expel air bubbles
manually, then activate the hydraulic pump to generate high pressure hydraulic for
testing

Operation Steps
(1). Place your testing object into Protective test chamber and connect it onto HP outlet
port with hose, then close the chamber's door
(2). Connect Air-compressor or Nitrogen-cylinder onto the machine.
(3). Rotate "Driven air regulator" button to right until maximum
(4). Turn on "Power switch" to activate Touch screen, enter "Proof-pressure test
interface", then preset parameters value such as Pressure, Pressure drop, Pressure
holding time, etc.
(5). Click "Start button", the machine starts testing.
(6). When testing completed, buzzer on, test results will display on Touch screen.
(7). Click "Stop button" and cuff off power.
(8.) If you want to conduct a burst test, please click the right corner to enter Burst test
interface, the machine will pressurize constantly until the testing object bursts, and
record the instantaneous burst pressure value
