1,Summary:
The SST-L350 hydraulic valve test bench is managed and produced in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system based on our company's many years of production of valve testing equipment technology. The product complies with relevant standards such as GB/T13927-2008 "General Valve Pressure Test", GB/T26480-2011 "Valve Testing and Inspection" and AP1598 American Standard.
The test bench integrates hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and medium storage and circulation combinations. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, complete functions, stable performance and high degree of automation. It is widely used in high and medium-sized straight-through flange valves with a nominal diameter of DN100-350mm. , low-pressure sealing and strength testing, it is the most ideal valve testing and testing equipment for valve manufacturing, petroleum and petrochemical, natural gas, water supply and drainage projects, power stations, valve repair stations and other industries.

2,SST-L350 structure and working principle:
1,SST-L350 hydraulic valve test bench consists of hydraulic system, electrical control system, high and low pressure water pump pressure supply device system, oil pressure, water and air pressure instrument system, control valve system, clamping workbench system, top pressure cylinder system and hydraulic medium storage The composition of the circulating water tank, the test process and results comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
2,The test bench adopts valve flange end face sealing for the downward facing workbench, and uses the holding claw to directly clamp the back of the valve flange for compression. The clamping mechanism is directly driven by the clamping cylinder of the clamping claw to work. The radial movement is composed of a cylinder and a lever to achieve Each clamping jaw moves radially and synchronously, without any external force affecting the test valve. The pressure cylinder on the test bench can move axially up and down without being limited by the length of the test valve structure. The cross frame of the pressure cylinder has a hand-push rotation function of 90 degrees to facilitate valve loading and unloading. The high-pressure water pump is powered by a 4-7bar air pressure system. The reversing valve is automatically reversed through electrical control, so that the high-pressure water cylinder (pump) automatically reciprocates. The water suction one-way valve and the water outlet one-way valve are used to interchange to continuously supply water to the tested valve. Supply pressure to meet the pressure requirements required by the valve under test.
3,Working process: adjust the cylinder compression pressure according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (refer to the pressure comparison table) - compress the workpiece - turn on the low water pump for quick water injection - turn on the high pressure water pump (pressure can be set) - pressure maintenance timer --Manual pressure relief and reset.
4,The compression cylinder is equipped with a self-locking function: when there is pressure in the test valve cavity, the compression cylinder cannot be loosened. It protects against operational errors.
5,The buyer must prepare his own 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, high-pressure air source, 8bar air compressor and cables.

5,Water and gas pipeline function configuration:
1.This test bench is equipped with high and low pressure medium water pumps. The low pressure pump is a vortex self-priming pump with large flow water pressure. The full load pressure value of the low pressure pump is 0-16 bar. The power source of the high pressure pump is the reciprocating pushing pressure of the 4-7bar air pressure system. The pressure value of the high-pressure pump is 16-400 bar. When the tested valve reaches the required pressure value, it is equipped with an automatic stop function.The bottom of the machine circulates the storage medium water tank, and puts anti-rust agent (powder) in the water tank to prevent the valves under test and the one-way valves of the pipeline from rusting and corroding.This test bench is the most ideal equipment for water conservation and environmental protection.
2,The water and gas pipeline is designed with one-way pressure inlet and pressure relief. The air inlet interface is reserved. The gas source must be prepared by the customer. There is a sound and light alarm when the designed pressure holding time expires.
