1,Summary:
The SST-B800 hydraulic valve test bench is managed and produced in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system based on our company's many years of valve testing equipment technology. The product complies with relevant standards such as GB/T13927-2008 "General Valve Pressure Test", GB/T26480-2011 "Valve Testing and Inspection" and AP1598 American Standard.
The hydraulic valve test bench integrates hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and medium storage and circulation combinations. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, complete functions, stable performance and high degree of automation. It is widely used in high-end testing of straight-through flange valves with a nominal diameter of DN400-800mm. , medium and low pressure sealing and strength testing, it is the most ideal valve testing and testing equipment for valve manufacturing, petroleum and petrochemical, natural gas, water supply and drainage projects, power stations, valve repair stations and other industries.
2.SST-B800 structure and working principle
1,The SST-B800 hydraulic valve test bench consists of a hydraulic system, electrical control system, high and low pressure water pump pressure supply device system, oil pressure, water and air pressure instrument system, control valve system, clamping workbench system and hydraulic medium storage circulating water tank. The test The process and results comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
2,The test bench adopts flange end face sealing, and the holding claw directly clamps the back of the valve flange for compression. The clamping mechanism is directly driven by the clamping cylinder of the clamping claw. The clamping claw can advance and retreat axially, and is not limited by the thickness of the flange. The radial movement consists of an oil cylinder and a lever to achieve synchronous radial movement of each clamping jaw. The radial clamping jaw can advance and retreat. It is not limited by the diameter of the valve flange. There is no external force impact on the test valve.
3,The left end of the test bench can move horizontally left and right, and the pressure test is not limited by the structural length of the test valve; the right end can be flipped 90 degrees to facilitate the sealing and airtight performance testing of the valve.
4,The high-pressure water pump is powered by a 4-7bar air pressure system. The reversing valve is automatically reversed through electrical control, so that the high-pressure water pump automatically reciprocates. The water suction one-way valve and the water outlet one-way valve are used to interchange to continuously supply pressure to the valve under test to achieve Required pressure requirements for the valve being tested.
5,It is suitable for high-pressure water sealing test of flanged valves at 1.1 times nominal pressure, high-pressure water shell test at 1.5 times nominal pressure, and low-pressure air tightness test at 4-7bar.
6,Working process: adjust the cylinder compression pressure according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (refer to the pressure comparison table) - compress the workpiece - turn on the low water pump for quick water injection - turn on the high pressure water pump - pressure maintenance timer - pressure relief and reset .
7,The mobile workbench is equipped with pressure push and powerless push functions. Prevent damage to equipment and valves when testing valves.
8,Equipped with an interlocking function between the compression cylinder and the medium pressure: when there is pressure in the test valve cavity, the compression cylinder cannot be loosened. Prevent operational errors as a protective role.

6.Water pipeline function configuration:
  1. This test bench is equipped with high and low pressure medium water pumps. The low pressure pump is a vortex self-priming pump with large flow water pressure. The full load pressure of the low pressure pump is 0-16 bar. The power source of the high pressure pump is a 4-7bar air pressure system that reciprocates the piston. The pressure value of the high-pressure pump is 16-100 bar. When the valve under test reaches the required pressure value, it is equipped with an automatic stop function. The bottom of the machine circulates the storage medium water tank, and puts anti-rust agent (powder) in the water tank to prevent the measured regulating valve and pipeline one-way valve from rusting and corroding.This test bench is the most ideal equipment for water conservation and environmental protection.
  2. The water and gas pipeline is designed with two-way pressure inlet and pressure relief, and a sound and light alarm is designed when the pressure holding time expires.
