Using air driven hydrogen booster pumps for pressurization, the pressure can reach 35-70MPA, meeting the refueling needs of small hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

Suncenter Hydrogen Booster and Filling Machine uses compressed air from air compressor as the driven medium and takes the hydrogen from hydrogen cylinder rack bundle/hydrogen production unit as the gas source. Pressurize hydrogen to 35-70MPa by automatic pressurization, fill the equipment or vehicle through the standard hydrogenation port, and automatically stop filling after reaching the rated pressure.

Pneumatic hydrogen booster pump is the core component of the Hydrogen Booster and Filling Machine. The pneumatic hydrogen booster pump has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low operating noise and reliable quality.
The pneumatic hydrogen booster pump uses compressed air as the driven medium, during boosting, the driven air does not need to be lubricated and is completely separated from the pressurized medium to ensure the cleaning of hydrogen. The pump is reliable, easy to maintain, long service life of pump seals and able to start and stop continuously.
