This nitrous oxide(N2O)filling machine has the functions of vacuuming the bottle, filling nitrous oxide, and weighing to automatically stop filling. This equipment needs 6-8bar compressed air to drive, and the flow rate is more than 1m³/min. The higher the compressed air pressure (not more than 8bar), the greater the flow rate, the faster the filling speed. Before filling, the bottle is first evacuated to -0.07MPA, and then filled with nitrous oxide. The equipment is equipped with an electronic scale, and the filling weight can be set. When the set weight is reached, the filling is automatically stopped and warn as alarm

The machine adopts the pneumatic principle. The filling equipment uses compressed air as a power source to drive nitrous oxide and other media to fill. When the weight reaches the set value, the sensor sends a signal to the drive air source solenoid valve, air source close and the filling system stop working.
