Product name and model specification
  1. Product name: Air-cooled high-pressure nitrogen booster
The host, motor, electric control cabinet, etc. are fixed on the base, and the gas pipeline (including the safety valve pipeline system) and the instrument pipeline compactly connect the host and auxiliary machines to form a complete compressor unit.
The air-cooled high-pressure nitrogen booster is specially designed and manufactured for the pressurization of nitrogen generators, PET bottle blowing and testing industries. The W-type compressor is air-cooled and oil-lubricated.
When the air-cooled high-pressure supercharger is working, the compressed nitrogen enters the first-stage cylinder through the intake pipe, and the pressure rises to 0.7Mpa and enters the second-stage cylinder, and then the gas is compressed to 2-4Mpa and then sent to the gas storage tank for nitrogen purification. After the equipment, it is finally used in the blow molding machine.


(2)Technical characteristics of the compressor unit
Model structure:  
The unit is skid-mounted as a whole, and the heavy-duty welded base is made of 18# channel steel. It adopts a strengthened and widened overall fuselage, and the middle body is designed as a split structure. The compressor is a W-shaped three-row three-cylinder; the three cylinders share a crankshaft, so that the inertial force and moment are balanced, the piston force is evenly distributed, and the operation is stable.
Connection method:
The air-cooled high-pressure nitrogen booster host and the motor are driven by a belt, and the compressor crankshaft end and the host wheel are connected by a taper, which makes the installation easy, the neutrality is good, and the connection is more reliable. The interference between the motor and the motor wheel can be precisely controlled by fastening the screws, thus ensuring the reliable transmission of torque under various operating conditions without damage such as loosening, key jamming and keyway damage.
